About the Project: My Impact on TRAGOS’ Amazon Growth

My collaboration with TRAGOS was initiated on Upwork, where the brand manager brought me on board. The core objective is to enhance TRAGOS’ presence on Amazon while optimizing advertising expenses. Focused on refining Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies, my mission is twofold: to increase TRAGOS’ visibility and maximize the effectiveness of ad spending.

My role involves fine-tuning TRAGOS’ PPC approach to drive growth and expand its audience reach. Through strategic optimization, I am dedicated to reinforcing TRAGOS’ identity as a symbol of quality, culture, and enjoyment.

Approach & Results: Transforming TRAGOS

Our journey with TRAGOS began with a comprehensive brand audit, uncovering compelling insights that paved the way for transformation. By redefining strategies and making data-driven decisions, we achieved remarkable results that propelled TRAGOS to new heights.

1. Precision Targeting Over Widespread Advertising

The brand was spending a lot on less converting ASINS. We immediately recognized the need to realign advertising efforts. Our first step was optimizing ASIN selection, shifting focus away from low-conversion products

2. Precision Keyword Optimization for Enhanced Efficiency

We found out the keywords that were not giving good results. Our analysis exposed a significant opportunity for refining keyword usage. By pivoting from broad keywords to precise and relevant terms, we curtailed the ACOS and mitigated wasteful ad spend. This precision approach not only bolstered efficiency but also amplified TRAGOS’ visibility to the most receptive audience.

Achieved Outcomes: Elevating TRAGOS’ Performance

Taking charge in April, my immediate actions made a real difference:

  • Cutting the Fat: I pruned ineffective keywords, trimming unnecessary ad costs.
